Pierre was born in 1630 in Châtillon-sur-Seine, Montbard, Côte-d'Or, Bourgogne, France , the son of unknown parents.
He died in 1686 in Acadie.
His wife was Jeanne Rousselier, who he married on 27 SEP 1654. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Laurent (1655-1737), Marie (1657-1687), Catherine (1659-1746), Gabriel (1661-<1730) and Pierre (1667-1739).
