His wife was Catherine Doribeau, who he married in 1669. The place has not been found. Their eight known children were Marie-Anne (1677-1743), Marie (c1670-?), Jacques (1674-1741), Augustin (?-?), Charles (1676-1745), François (1679-?), Gentien (1683-?) and Anne (1685-?).
