Ptolemaïs was the daughter of Ptolemy I Soter and Eurydice I. The date and place of her birth have not been found.
Her husband was Demetrius I Poliorcertes, who she married in ABT 0287/86 B.C. in Miletus (Μίλητος), now in Aydin prov., Turkey . Their only known child was Demetrius Kallos (c0285BC-0248/47BC).
