He died on 21 AUG 1284 in Cærnarfon Castle, Gwynedd, Cymru.
His wife was Jeanne de Périgord. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their three known children were Marguerite (c1250-c1275), Marie (c1265->1300) and Pons III (c1260-<1318).
