Marsault was born about 1580 in Puymoyen, La Couronne, Angoulême, Charente, Poitou-Charentes, France , the son of Marsault Simard and Léonarde Berthoulme.
He died before 1650. The place is not known.
His wife was Ozanne Soullet, who he married in ABT 1600 in France. Their only known child was Pierre (c1600->1681).
