Helena was born about 0248 in Helenopolis, Bithynia (now Hersek, Altınova, Yalova prov.,Turkey , the daughter of Cœl Godhebog and Ystradwl of Siluria.
She died about 0328. The place is not known.
Her husband was Flavius I Valerius Constantius. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Constantine I (0274-0337).
