Her husband was Antiochus III, who she married in ABT 0222 B.C.. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Cleopatra I Syra (c0204BC-0176BC), Berenice (?-?), Antiochis (?-?), Seleucus IV Philopater (?-?) and Antiochus IV Epiphanes (0215BC-0164BC).
