Pythadoris was born in 0030/29 B.C. in Smyrna (now İzmir, İzmir prov., Turkey) , the daughter of Pythadoros of Tralles and Antonia II Prima.

She died in 0038. The place is not known.

She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was Polemon I Pythadoros of Pontus, who she married in ABT 0014 B.C.. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Antonia Typhæna (?->0038), Xenon III (0013BC-0035) and Marcus Antonius Polemon Pythadoros (0012BC-0074).

Her second husband was Archelaos IV Philopatris Ktises Soter, who she married in AFT 0008 B.C.. The place has not been found. They had no known children.
