Diafronisse was the daughter of Matfred d'Olt and Aitrude de Calmont. The date and place of her birth have not been found.

Her husband was Aton I Trencavel. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Bernard II (c0945-0990), Adélaïde (c0935-0967), Frotaire (c0930-0968) and Séquin (c0920->0972).
