He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Marie-Marthe Chauvin, who he married on 29 APR 1706 in Trois-Rivières, Trois-Rivières, Mauricie QC . They had no known children.

His second wife was Marie-Françoise Dulignon dit Lamirande, who he married on 17 OCT 1728 in Louiseville (aussi Rivière-du-Loup-en-Haut), Maskinongé, Mauricie QC . Their three known children were Angélique (<1739-?), Marguerite (1729-?) and Alexis (c1737-?).
