He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Mary Rutters, who he married on 17 NOV 1784. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Christopher (1785-1866).

His second wife was Elizabeth Rowe, who he married on 26 JUN 1789 in Blisland, Cornwall, England . Their only known child was Thomas Toker (1792-<1837).
