Personal and Family Information

David was born in 1073 in Kutaisi (ქუთაისი), Sakartvelo (Georgia) , the son of Giorgi II Bagratuni but his mother is unknown.

He died on 24 JAN 1125. The place is not known.

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Rusudan d'Arménie. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their five known children were Demeter I (1093-1156), Rusudan (?-?), Kata (?-?), Giorgi (?-1130) and Thamar (?-?).

His second wife was Gurandukht of the Kipchaks, who he married in ABT 1107. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Vakhtang (c1118-1138).
