Noël was born in 1606 in Saint-Léonard-des-Parcs, Courtomer, Alençon, Orne, Basse-Normandie, France , the son of Guillaume Langlois and Jeanne Millet.

He died on 14 JUL 1684 in Beauport, Québec QC .

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Françoise Grenier-Garnier, who he married on 25 JUL 1634 in Beauport, Québec QC . Their ten known children were Robert (1635-1654), Marie (1636-?), Anne (1637-1704), Marguerite (1639-1697), Jean (1641-1687), Jeanne (1642-1687), Élisabeth-Isabelle (1645-1696), Marie (1646-1687), Jean (1648-1690) and Noël (1651-1693).

His second wife was Marie Crevet, who he married on 27 JUL 1666 in Château-Richer, la Côte-de-Beaupré QC . Their only known child was Marie-Anne (c1668-?).
