Emil L'Homme's family group sheets 7/96: Our French Canadian Ancestors,vol XX, p. 128-9: 28 May 1726, hired by Louis Gatineau & Co. to make journey to the high country,to help take a canoe of merchandise and to bring it back out loaded with pelts, on 3 Feb1728 he mar. They raised 6 children, he fell twice more to the lure of adventure - on 16 Jun 1736 and12 Jun 1737, he took goods to the post at Michilimakinac.
