Ralph was born about 1309 in Dalingworth, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, England, the son of unknown parents.
He died in 1361 in Raglan castle, Usk, Monmouthshire, Cymru.
His wife was Elizabeth verch Rhys. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was John (c1332-1372).
