Adam was born about 1275 in Hertfordshire, England, the son of unknown parents.
He died in 1307 in Wemddu, Monmouthshire, Cymru.
His wife was Christian verch Gwarin Ddu. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Jenkin ap Adam (1302-1344).
