He died on 22 SEP 1348 in Leicester, Leicestershire, England.
His wife was Maud de Chaworth, who he married on BEF 2 MAR 1297. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Maud (<1310-<1377), Eleanor (<1318-1372), Mary (c1321-1362), Joan (c1312-1349) and Henry (c1310-1362).
