I now reside in my first house and third Vancouver-area residence; sale closed upon retirement on July 9, 2003 and occupied that day. I had flown to Vancouver to view the house on May 2 and signed the agreement then. I handed over my Toronto condominium on 26 June and hit the road immediately, finally leaving Lincoln City OR on the morning of 8 July and heading directly northward to White Rock. I had a key to the house and spent the night on the floor with Celeste.
