Anastasia was born in 1074, the daughter of Ludwig I im Einrichgau and Guta van Kleef-Zutphen. The place is not known.

Her husband was Dudo Heinrich von Laurenburg. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Ruprecht I (c1090-c1154), Arnold I (?-c1148), Demudis (<1120-?) and Alvaradis (c1084-c1146).
