The only Walter Richards of the correct age in 1901 census was born 23 mar 1851. Wife name was Elizabeth. This person selected because daughter named Kazzie of correct age. Suspect birthdaye here incorrect, wife name must be Elizabeth Anne. Suspect daughter gave information to census taker using nickname. Son walter already left home.

1911 census gives wife name Ann and Daughter Lizzie (probably Kazzie). Birthdate now given as March 1850.
