Isabelle was born in 1674, the daughter of François Pellerin dit Colbec and Andrée Martin. The place is not known.

Her husband was Michel Hébert, who she married in 1691 in Port-Royal, Acadie (Now in Annapolis Co. NS) . Their only known child was Anne (1711-1781).
