Catherine was born in 1678 in Beaubassin, Acadie , the daughter of François Pellerin dit Colbec and Andrée Martin.

She died on 08 MAY 1758 in Saint-François-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud, Montmagny, Chaudière-Appalaches QC .

Her husband was Pierre Godin, who she married in 1705. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Marguerite (1717-?), Marie-Josephte (1715-?) and Pierre (1700-?).
