Alix was born about 1320 in Ploumilliau, Côtes d'Armor, Bretagne, France, the daughter of Hervé Bernard de Lezurivy but her mother is unknown.
Her husband was Guillaume I du Chastel. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their two known children were Hervé II (c1340->1397) and Jeanne (c1350-1400).
