She died in 1481. The place is not known.
Her husband was Eberhard VII von Kirchberg, who she married on 27 May 1450. The place has not been found. They had no known children.

CONFLICT: Schwennicke vol 12 table 76 lists the mother of Waldburg as Kunigunde of Wertheim, married to Graf Eberhard of Kirchberg . Ancestral File lists her mother as Kunigunde of Schaunberg (# 9M9F-GQ), married to Philipp of Kirchberg (# 9M9F-FK). The information from Ancestral File comes from Isenburg vol 5 table 122. This work has been updated and corrected by Schwennicke vol 12 table 76. He has placed Philipp as a brother of Waldburg rather than her father.
