Magdalena was born in 1526, the daughter of Georg von Polentz zu Schönberg and Katharina von Waldburg. The place is not known.
She died about 1574 in Domnau.
Her husband was Christoph von Creytzen. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Melchior (1543-1608).
