His wife was Jeanne de Villiers de l'Isle-Adam, who he married in 1478. The place has not been found. Their six known children were Michèle (?-1525), Jean III (c1480-c1540), Isabeau (1482-1537), Anne (1484-1541), François (1488-1547) and Marguerite (1491-1548).
