Elizabeth was born in 1506 in Richmond, Yorkshire, England, the daughter of Roger Aske and Margaret Wycliffe.

She died in 1568 in Streatlam Castle, Streatlam and Stainton, Durham, England.

Her husband was Richard Bowes. They were married, but the date and place have not been found.
