Anne was born about 1436 in Gloucestershire, England, the daughter of Thomas Scargill and Elizabeth Tyrrell.
She died in 1469. The place is not known.
Her husband was sir John II Throckmorton. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their seven known children were Catherine (1444-1456), Anne (1444-?), John III (1455-?), Eleanor (1458-?), Jane (c1460-?), Margaret (c1464-?) and Christopher (c1466-1513).
