Marion was born about 1407 in The Bass Rock, North Berwick, East Lothian, Scotland, the daughter of sir John Lauder and Katherine de Landells.
Her husband was sir Alexander Home, who she married in BEF 1424. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Katherine (c1428-?), Alexander (c1426-c1456), Helen (<1425->1513) and Janet (?-?).
