Blanche was born about 1375 in Aldford, Cheshire, England, the daughter of sir John de Arderne and Cecily de Bredbury.

She died about 1430 in Cheshire, England.

Her husband was William II de Stanley. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their five known children were Katherine (c1403-1456), sir William (1406-1461), Elizabeth (c1406-?), Margery (c1408-?) and Isabel (c1409-?).
