Jeanne was born in 1398 in Meaux, Seine-et-Marne, Île-de-France, France , the daughter of Robert VIII de Béthune and Jeanne de Barbançon.

She died in BET 1449 AND 1459. The place is not known.

She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was Robert de Bar, who she married in ABT 1409. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Jeanne (1415-1462).

Her second husband was Jean II de Luxembourg-Saint-Pôl. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. They had no known children.
