Leonor was born about 1380 in Portugal, the daughter of Lopo Dias de Sousa and Catarina Teles de Meneses.

She died in 1421. The place is not known.

Her second husband was Afonso Vasques de Sousa. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Afonso II Vasques (c1400-?), Branca (c1405-?), Mécia (c1410-?) and Isabel Vasques (c1410-?).

Her third husband was Mem Roiz de Refoyos. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Luiz Mendes (?-?).
