Thomas was born about 1427, the son of Nicholas de Carew and Joan Courtenay. The place is not known.
He died before 12 APR 1502 in Mohun's Ottery, Devon, England.
His wife was Joan Carminowe. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their two known children were sir Nicholas (c1435-1470) and Alice (c1455-c1470).
