Katherine was born in 1354 in Coughton (Cocton), Warwickshire, England, the daughter of John atte Holte and Alianore Durvassal.
She died before 1438. The place is not known.
Her husband was sir Guy de la Spine. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Alice (c1381-?), Thomas (c1383-?), Eleanor (c1385->1446) and Edmund (c1386-?).
