Brian was born about 1320 in Brampton castle, Herefordshire, England, the son of Robert I de Harley and Margaret de Brampton.
He died about 1384. The place is not known.
His wife was Eleanor Corbet. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their two known children were Bryan (c1365-<1402) and Margaret (?-?).
