Margery was born about 1345 in Tong castle, Shropshire, England, the daughter of Roger de Cheyne but her mother is unknown.

She died about 1382. The place is not known.

Her husband was sir Ralph Lingen. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their two known children were Ralph (?->1452) and Isolda (1367-?).
