Marguerite was born in 1313 in Pouilly-en-Auxois, the daughter of Louis I de Bourbon and Marie d'Avesnes.

She died in 1362. The place is not known.

Her husband was Jean II de Sully, who she married on 6 JUL 1320. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Henriette (?-?), Louis (?-1382) and Beatrix (?-?).
