Personal and Family Information

Nikolaus was born before 1275, the son of Johann I von Werle and Sofie von Lindau-Ruppin. The place is not known.

He died on 18 FEB 1316 in Pustow.

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Richeza Eriksdotter af Danmark, who he married in BET 1291 AND 1301. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Sofie (<1299->1339) and Johann III (<1300->1352).

His second wife was Mathilde von Braunschweig-Lüneburg, who he married in 1315 in Ülzen. They had no known children.
