Cecily was born about 1314 in Haccomb, Devonshire, England, the daughter of sir Jordan FitzStephen de Haccombe and Isabel de Saint-Aubin.
She died after 1365. The place is not known.
Her husband was sir John l'Arcedekne, who she married on 23 DEC 1327. The place has not been found. Their four known children were sir Warin (1354/55-<1400), Stephen (?-<1377), Otes (c1336-1365) and John (c1338->1365).
