Margaret was born about 1326, the daughter of sir Thomas II de Ludlowe and Catherine de Stokes. The place is not known.

She died on 26 MAR 1414 in Scrivelsby, Lincolnshire, England.

Her husband was sir John Dymoke. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their three known children were sir Thomas (c1354-c1422), sir John III (c1351-1393) and Roger (c1360-?).
