Anne was born about 1327, the daughter of sir John I (IV) le Savage and Margaret Danyers. The place is not known.

Her husband was sir Roger de Pilkington. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their five known children were Isabel (c1360-1406), Maud (<1360-1407), sir John (c1363-1420/21), Lora (1368-1424) and Margaret (?-1423).
