Matilda was born about 1308 in Runcorn, Cheshire, England, the daughter of Thomas de Norley but her mother is unknown.
She died about 1375. The place is not known.
Her husband was Robert de Legh. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their three known children were sir Piers (c1320-1399), Susannah (c1334-c1410) and sir Robert II (c1334-1382).
