Eleonore was born about 1273 in Harringworth, Northamptonshire, Eng;and, the daughter of Eudo la Zouche and Millicent de Cantelou.
Her husband was sir John d'Harcourt, who she married in 1306. The place has not been found. Their three known children were sir William (c1307-1349), Robert (?-?) and Matilda (c1317-c1387).
