Edmund was born about 1335 in Chillington, Staffordshire, England, the son of John Giffard and Catherine Stafford.
He died in 1376/77. The place is not known.
His wife was Agnes Whiston. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was John (c1359-?).
