Agnes was born about 1355 in Clifton, Nottinghamshire, England, the daughter of sir Robert de Clifton and Agnes de Grey.
She died about 1395. The place is not known.
Her husband was Thomas de Annesley. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was sir Hugh (c1375-1429).
