Heinrich was born on 26 NOV 1564 in Sorau, the son of Seyfried Anselm von Promnitz and Ursula von Schaffgotsch.
He died on 14 MAR 1622 in Lüben.
His wife was Sophie von Kurzbach, who he married on 20 JAN 1590. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Siegmund Seyfried (1595-1654), Anna Sophie (?-1624) and Polyxena Elisabeth (?-1650).
