Susanna was born about 1425 in Forbes, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, the daughter of Alexander de Forbes and Elizabeth Douglas.
Her husband was sir William Urquhart. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Alexander (c1445-?).
