Agnes was born about 1216, the daughter of sir William II de Cantelupe and Mélisende de Gournay. The place is not known.

She died after 1279 in Kenilworth castle, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, England.

She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was sir Robert de St. John. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their three known children were Jane (c1228-?), William (c1234-1253/54) and John (c1235-1302).

Her second husband was John de Turville, who she married on BEF 4 JUN 1271. The place has not been found. They had no known children.
