Anna was born about 1516 in Zwolle, Overijssel, the daughter of Johan IV van Buckhorst and Aleid Bierwisch.
She died after 1567. The place is not known.
Her husband was Johan van Ittersum. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their three known children were Sophia (c1540-1624), Agnes (c1542-1598) and Johanna (c1544-?).
