Otto was born about 1550 in Rixdorf, the son of Iven Reventlow and Margrethe Ottosdatter Rantzau.
He died on 27 MAR 1618 in Schönweide.
His wife was Dorothea von Ahlefeldt, who he married in 1581. The place has not been found. They had no known children.
